We do not use exclusively automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
If we use automated pre-sorting or matching functions for profiles and job advertisements (e.g., “Jobs that match your profile”), this is merely for support and is not a final decision. The decision to hire is always made by employers and applicants themselves.
