Using the KI Job Writer

Create a new job ad as usual.

Enter the relevant information in the “Brief / keywords AI” field:
This includes in particular the position, tasks, requirements, benefits and special information on the employer brand.
This field is not published. -
Click on “Generate (replace) AI text”.
The AI then creates a complete, clearly structured and search engine-optimized job advertisement
and inserts it directly into the description field. -
If you have already entered your own text, you can have this optimized by the AI:
Leave the existing text in the description field and click again on
“Generate (replace) AI text”. You will then be asked whether the existing text
should be overwritten. -
You can generate additional text versions using the “Attach additional variant” function.
These are inserted below the existing text and displayed clearly separated from each other. -
With “Clear brief / keywords” you can reset the AI briefing
and start a new scenario – for example for a similar position or a completely new focus. -
Check every text created by the AI carefully before publication:
Pay particular attention to technical accuracy, compliance with your corporate language
and legal requirements.
The AI is configured in such a way that it uses non-discriminatory and AGG-compliant wording,
for example by using neutral role designations and dispensing with exclusionary criteria
in relation to age, gender or other personal characteristics.
