Using the KI Job Writer

  1. Create a new job ad as usual.

  2. Enter the relevant information in the “Brief / keywords AI” field:
    This includes in particular the position, tasks, requirements, benefits and special information on the employer brand.
    This field is not published.

  3. Click on “Generate (replace) AI text”.
    The AI then creates a complete, clearly structured and search engine-optimized job advertisement
    and inserts it directly into the description field.

  4. If you have already entered your own text, you can have this optimized by the AI:
    Leave the existing text in the description field and click again on
    “Generate (replace) AI text”. You will then be asked whether the existing text
    should be overwritten.

  5. You can generate additional text versions using the “Attach additional variant” function.
    These are inserted below the existing text and displayed clearly separated from each other.

  6. With “Clear brief / keywords” you can reset the AI briefing
    and start a new scenario – for example for a similar position or a completely new focus.

  7. Check every text created by the AI carefully before publication:
    Pay particular attention to technical accuracy, compliance with your corporate language
    and legal requirements.
    The AI is configured in such a way that it uses non-discriminatory and AGG-compliant wording,
    for example by using neutral role designations and dispensing with exclusionary criteria
    in relation to age, gender or other personal characteristics.
